Ok I'm finally back online.Got to Russia 6 days ago, just the first time i've gotten to use the internet..Cant speak thelanguage so life is not that ok. But I'm getting by. I'll post pictures when i have a line in my room. Took a lot of pictures in moscow as well as here nearmy Uni. Ok plase take care..

USA lose

US lost to Russia .. first time since the bronze game in 1992... that just sucks...
The coach made very bad decisions and the players didnt step up, I am sooooo dissapointed. Hope they will at least win the bronze..

Now GO AUSSIE... Want the AUS to beat Russia Bad...The thing is the Asutralian actually have very good pt guards.. I didnt understand y Beard was running pt when Katie was in or y Sue was sitting for soo long... ahhhhh i better stop talking about it, I'm gonna relax and watch the new season of Grey's anatomy.. And hopefully I'll forget about this game...

As is thats gonna happen.. I had nightmares for months after Brazil lost to France in the 1998 World cup final.. kept replaying the game over and over again in my head..

Dinner

Went out to dinner with a few friends from work. All you can eat steamboat/BBQ, it was really filling we spent like 3 hours eating, ate so much I think my stomach nearly blew up. There came a point I swear I felt my body scream at the thought of another morsel of food going in.
It was the first time I had been to this particular place and the food was actually very good. Most probably will be another 9 to 10 months till I'll eat that kind of food again.
Anyways my camera is currently out for repairs so I havent been taking any pictures so I'm posting pictures of my baby again. My friends came by to get some books from me after dinner and the boy tried to go after them , especially when one of the (miss Lee) hit me with one of the books, good thing he was on a leash if not , we might have witnessed some blood shed.

Lukas won the Supernova gig... Dilana should have won.. NVM Dilana will do better as a solo artist..

In other news , I got to watch the first US WC game but the second one wasnt telecast so I WAS SAD... But US won anyways, hopefully I'll be able to watch the second round matches..

the Shock won by 5 , the Monarchs really tried very hard in the fourth quarter.

I'm so happy I started crying.. I love this game..

US OPEN FINALS

The finals are tonight. So is the WNBA final if both are at the same time , I'm going to watch the WNBA final. Ok guess that wont be a problem cause the final is being played at night and the WNBA game is at 3.30.. I'm really stoked, cant wait both should be great, hope the Shock and Justine prevail, that would definetly make my day, month wont say year that will happen if Man U can keep up playing like they have been the past month.

SHOCK WIN SHOCK WIN

Shock won by 20 pts and forced game 5 back in Detroit. Ruth Riley was big, first time in the series she actually looked like she came to play, getting a hand to stop passes, hustling for the ball now thats more like the Ruth I love.. Katie Smith was her usual great self, 22 pts in 39 minutes and only 2 turnover .


Justine beat Lindsay it was a great game, but I was very sad to watch Davenport lose.
Have we seen the last of LD , I hope not that would suck, I want to her to play another couple of years.

I'm back

I'm finally back, went to not one but 2 wedding this past weekend. The weddings were in Ipoh, the first one was that of my aunts friends son ,it was a malay wedding nice to eat malay food again. The second guy that got married was my mothers fathers cousins son. WOW very far out right, but we are actually quite close, they are ok.. the wedding was nice but like the traditional indian thing so it was extremely LOUD.

Ok looking forward to Justine playing Davenport tonight, then of course there is game 4 this wednesday, make or break time for the Shock.

SHOCK WIN GAME 2

The Shock guards really picked it up in the second half... Katie had all her pts in the second half, and Nolan really hit most of her shots. Katie had 16 and nolan had 21 pts to lead all players.
The lawson/powell combination didnt work today..

Next game is in SAC on sunday.
